Vastenactie Primary Schools Wervershoof

Every year, primary schools De Schelp and Werenfridus organize an action. This year during Lent. The proceeds of this promotion will go to Auxilia this year! We would like to donate the amount that is collected by the children from both schools to the organization "For a Purpose". Originally from Belgium, this organization builds, where necessary, "earthquake-resistant buildings", such as schools and community spaces.

Wouter de Groot told the children about “For a Purpose” in all classes. By means of photos and stories it was made clear how those buildings are constructed. At the Werenfridus School the children were asked if they would like to contribute by means of "I give some of my energy to Charity" campaign. They are going to do that by means of “A pound for a job". This promotion runs until Friday, April 5.
At De Schelp, the children were also asked if they would like to do something: collect deposit bottles (groups 1 to 3), "A pound for a job" (groups 4 to 6). The children of groups 7 and 8 are asked if they can come up with an action themselves. The promotion at De Schelp runs until Friday 12 April.
Auxilia Foundation! doubles the amount that will come in.
